Apple tree – ornamental varieties

All this small fruits are also apples. Similar to well-known fruit varieties, they bloom and produce apples. However, due to the fact that small apple trees stem from many varieties and species, their value in use can be different.

Many ornamental apple trees differ in flowers: they have different blossoming periods, may vary in colour, size of flowers, number of petals in flowers and produce a huge variability of fruits. Certain varieties have interesting forms of tree structure: among them are weeping forms.

These varieties are primarily distinguished by their decorative value. Many of them also produce edible and sometimes even tasty fruits.
